Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Purchases with your Gift Card, Select goods or services in store with a Gift Card and take them to the point of sale. The point of sale will instruct you to present your Gift Card. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card. No change will be given. Any Remaining Card Value can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
No cash advances, You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Cards, Your Gift Card will be valid for use until the Expiry Date which is three years after the date of issue. Any Remaining Card Value that remains on a Gift Card after the Expiry Date will not be available for use. To check the Expiry Date calling 03 5231 2347 or coming in store.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards,Treat your Gift Card like cash, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Destruction of Gift Card with no value, Once the Remaining Card Value is completely used, destroy the Gift Card by cutting it in half diagonally. Your Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
Can I cancel my Gift Card, No, you cannot cancel your Gift Card.
Checking your Gift Card balance and transaction history, You can check the Remaining Card Value by calling 03 5231 2347 or coming in store.
Can I collect blue member points when I purchase or use a Gift Card, When you purchase a Gift Card, you will not collect points. However, points can be collected on redemption of your Gift Card.
Exchanging items purchased with a Gift Card, Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to the returns policy.
Your Gift Card, your responsibility, You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
Blue Member Terms and Conditions
Signing Up, A first and last name is required to become a Blue Member. No marketing emails or SMS will be sent out without permissions. When signing up you are agreeing to the terms & conditions.
Collecting & Redeeming, For every $1 spend = you will receive 1 point. When Redeeming 100 points = $1 that is taken off at checkout. To collect or redeemed show Blue Member card at checkout. Gift Cards and Fishing Licenses do not collected points on purchase. Points expire after 5 years if not been used. When Redeeming all points you have must be redeemed, no partial point usage. Points can only be redeemed in store. Scouts & St Marys discount cards cant be used with the blue member program. Points cannot be taken in cash.
Blue Member Card, We are not reasonable for loss, damage or stolen cards. Cards can be replaced on request.
Changes to terms & conditions, 14 days of notices will be give if the terms of conditions change.

- Collection of Laybys
- All laybys must be collected by December 24th.
- Failure to collect laybys by this date may result in the cancellation of the layby and forfeiture of any payments made.
- Free Local Delivery
- Free local delivery is available for laybys over $100.
- Deliveries can be made on any day up until 10 PM on December 24th.
- To qualify for free delivery, the total value of the layby must exceed $100.
- Delivery times will be scheduled based on availability and customer preference.

- Payment Terms
- Laybys require a minimum deposit of 15%.
- Regular payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
- Full payment must be completed by December 24th.
- Cancellation Policy
- Laybys can be cancelled at any time before December 24th.
- In the event of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of 10%.
